The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for promoting & selling Groz-Beckert's Digital Quality Management Product & Services (INH) to garment manufacturers and sewing factories. The Digital Solution Officer will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the INH solution and providing technical support to the customers. In addition, customer and market feedback will be gathered to further develop the product with a focus on customer needs. Finally, a high level of collaboration is required between customers and the internal sales, marketing and INH teams

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all Strategic Accounts
  • Achieve annual sales targets by identifying potentials for new implementation, upgrades, upsell, or expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Taking responsibility of primary contact point for Strategic accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings to maintain alignment with customer goals and objectives
  • Understand customer pain points and provide tailored technical solutions from Groz Beckert’s digital product range
  • Lead INH solution implementation, ensuring smooth integration of both software and hardware components at customer sites
  • Cross functional collaboration among local and global stakeholders all across Southeast Asia, Singapore, and Germany
  • Weekly update on the key development of the strategic accounts
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and account activity in the system
  • Working on software applications, building, and maintaining planning tools
  • Coordinating digital campaigns and market analysis with local and regional team

 

Job Requirement

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant profesisonal experience.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in software implementation for customers is essential
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Prior experience in the textile sewing industry—ideally within a sewing factory production environment—is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with process analysis at the shop floor level of a sewing factory, process design, and software requirement translation is necessary
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in sewing factory processes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
