Job Objective

  • Develop and established sales structure for TKM business in Indonesia especially for Paper/Tissue but also Print Packaging industry.
    Building up Market database
  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within as assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
  • Personally contacts and secures new business customers. the TKM business run properly and in line with group direction

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales planning and target realisation for TKM products
  • Established, develops, maintains and creates new business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business chances.
  • Maintain close contact with end-users, agents, dealers, machinery agents, and conduct product seminars / presentations.
    Collection of need based market information and preparation of market studies from time to time including understanding of market size, share of each competitor and the market developments.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction audit through annual surveys and take needful actions to increase customer satisfaction level for TKM product group.
  • Handling advertising and sale promotion activities including budget preparation.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Analyse the territory’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a structured sales process and as well relationship-based approach
  • Expansion of market share
  • Explains TKM’s products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Ensure disciplined working with compliance of company rules and regulations within department and reporting to Administration department if deviations noticed anywhere else in the organisation. 
  • Ensure adherence to company’s safety and security guidelines / norms.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in the department and at work plac
  • Other sales administration related activities


Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Paper/Tissue industry.
  • Good knowledge of Paper/Tissue manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with Print Packaging or relevant supplier industries is an advantage.
  • Passion for sales and willingness to develop within the field.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly, positive, and open-minded demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Honest, loyal, and collegial working attitude.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and fieldwork.
