Production Controller (m/f/d)

TKM Austria is part of the international TKM Group. TKM is a globally recognised partner and specialist in the production of industrial knives, saws and precision components for mechanical engineering. 

Based in Böhlerwerk (Lower Austria), we are looking for you to join us as a:

In this central role, you will be the go-to person to ensure effective and efficient production processes.

Your responsibilities will include

• Analyzing production processes, deriving optimization measures and supporting the implementation with the department managers.
• Ongoing monitoring of target achievement as well as establishment and further development of production-related KPIs
• Conception and further development of controlling instruments in the area of production
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Plan and control cost centers with cost center managers and production management, and calculate cost rates
• Perform investment and profitability calculations
• Work closely with production management, related departments, and management.

What to bring:

• Completed technical education (e.g. starting with industrial apprenticeship, HTL and/or studies at a university/FH on the 2nd educational path).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in production controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company in the metal industry
• Experience in time management (REFA) or work preparation is an advantage
• Excellent SAP and Excel skills, knowledge of MES systems an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of cross-functional processes
• Hands-on mentality, pragmatic, results-oriented approach and strong communication skills
