Job Description:
Provide Technical & Service support to NW Division
Attending to performance/service issues/complaints related to NW Division, reported by customers
Making Specification sheet for carding, Mounting ,Remounting of cards, Troubleshooting
Support Sales support team by running trial of new products and competition information.
Conduct product trials for technical department for new developments and to support R&D on new products.
Share observations on exiting products and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
Handling complaint registration process in SAP
Education/ Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Textiles or Mechanical Engg
Must Skills- Carding knowledge in installation and service. Fixing of Mounting device
