As a Technical Project Employee (m/f/d), you will be our central interface between our construction and production planning and technical building management.

Your tasks include:
• Work preparation for our projects within plant engineering
• Clarifying tasks with internal clients and obtaining and reviewing technical specifications
• Creating and visualizing machine layouts and supply structures using CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Project management for conversions and repairs – including coordination of all internal and external project stakeholders
• Planning and coordinating space and room concepts to ensure optimal interaction between production and technology
• Obtaining and comparing quotes from various trades

Your Profil:
• Successfully completed technical training in the construction industry, ideally in the field of building services engineering (MEP)
• CAD experience in creating construction or machine drawings
• Practical experience in managing construction or maintenance projects
• A keen eye for evaluating construction and service proposals
• You are highly organized and possess strong communication skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented work style
• You work independently, solve challenges analytically, and maintain an overview even in complex situations
