How you can support us:

  • Once you have completed your induction, you will be actively involved in our projects. You will receive intensive support from our qualified R&D staff. We will try to incorporate your focus or interest into your final thesis. 
  • Product and technology development or cross-cutting issues such as recycling and closed loop management offer exciting topics for a thesis in the textile context. You will work closely with experts in our pilot plants and laboratories.
  • In the area of strategic product management, we offer you interesting opportunities for researching and developing new business areas, trend and technology scouting, analysing markets and companies or developing new products and services for the Technology and Development Centre.
  • The Groz-Beckert Academy is concerned with the training and further education of employees and customers. The development and design of courses, e-learning and other content, as well as their analogue or digital provision, offer exciting opportunities for dissertations.

 

What you should bring:

  • A degree in textile and apparel technology, chemistry, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
  • Advanced knowledge of textiles and textile processes
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Ability to work in a team
