Shipping specialist (f/m/d)
Tasks:
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Import and export processing in compliance with legal requirements
- Monitoring of timely and proper dispatch processing and initiation of measures if necessary
- Freight cost enquiries for project and spot transactions
- Processing of letter of credit transactions
- Support of the origin of goods and customs software
- Administrative office tasks
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training and ideally export, shipping and customs experience
- Experience in origin of goods and preferences as well as in the UCC (Union Customs Code)
- Proof of appropriate customs training
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and the customs clearance system ATLAS
- Very good knowledge of English
- Flexibility, reliability, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Conscientious and independent way of working
