We are looking for YOU to join our great and motivated team of technical & system specialists as well as career changers with high IT affinity.
Together with the responsible colleagues we take care of the support and joint development of local and international HR processes. Our tasks include not only the functional and technical conception, but also the realization and implementation of the respective solutions. In addition, we provide our colleagues with advice and support when they have questions about the systems they use.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for supporting and customizing one or more systems in our HR system landscape.
• You will lead and/or participate in international standardization projects.
• Design business processes and implement them in the HR systems
• Support the continuous optimization of the system architecture
   

What you should bring:

• Degree in (business) informatics / business administration or comparable education with IT affinity
• Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment and/or the SuccessFactors Suite 
• Analytical and methodical skills as well as creativity in problem solving
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English
