Your tasks:

• Design, further development, and optimization of digital products and services for the S division
• Design of a multi-channel concept for a holistic customer experience
• Global responsibility for the operation and further development of the INH shop floor platform based on international requirements
• Function as an interface between the specialist department and IT for the digitalization of processes and systems
• Identification of customer problems in the areas of shop floor processes, needle compliance, security, and warehouse management
• Collection, definition, and prioritization of customer requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, in particular the sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Translation of business and customer-related requirements into concrete user stories and technical specifications for the development team
• Accompanying the international rollout as well as supporting and further developing the INH solution (software & hardware), including coordination of pilot customers, training, after-sales, and integration into existing digital sales platforms
• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of product, process, and training content for digital products
• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and use of data-driven insights to optimize functionality, stability, and user acceptance
  Technical support for the integration of INH into existing digital sales and service processes as well as into adjacent systems
• Contribution to the standardisation and integration of INH sales processes into central platforms (e.g. SalesCloud) and support in the expansion of digital sales and service workflows for the INH business model
• Global implementation of training courses on digital products (internal/external)

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree (computer science, business informatics, business administration) or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and digital platforms
• Experience as a product owner or in product management/project management, ideally in agile teams
• Experience in international project management and rollout of complex systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills for collaboration between specialist departments and IT
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
