Play an active role in shaping the digital future of our S division – as a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will drive innovative solutions and support international projects from the initial idea to rollout.
Your tasks:
- Design, further development and optimisation of digital products and services for the S division
- Designing a multi-channel concept for a holistic customer experience
- Global responsibility for the operation and further development of the B2B platform based on the local requirements of both brands (Schmetz and Groz-Beckert)
- Acting as an interface between the specialist department and IT for the digitalisation of processes and systems
- Identifying customer problems in the area of purchasing and consulting
- Collection, definition and prioritisation of customer requirements through close cooperation with internal stakeholders, in particular the sales, marketing and customer service teams
- Translation of business and customer-related requirements into concrete user stories and technical specifications for the development team
- Supporting the international rollout, as well as the support and further development of e-commerce solutions and digital sales tools: Sewing customer portal, SalesCloud and ServiceCloud
- Creating, maintaining and quality assuring content for the customer portal
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data-driven insights to optimise the functionality and acceptance of the customer Portal
- Support in the design and technical implementation of linking the e-commerce solution with digital solutions on the shop floor
- Responsibility for the division's digital sales software (CRM) and expansion of digital sales processes and tools
- Global implementation of sales training courses on the digitalisation of sales processes
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree (computer science, business informatics, business administration) or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of software development, cloud technologies and digital platforms
- Several years of experience as a product owner or in product management/project management, ideally in agile teams
- Experience in international project management and rollout of complex systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills for collaboration between specialist departments and IT
- Very good written and spoken German and English
