As the first point of contact for the management, you will be responsible for 

• Ensuring and managing a functional facility management system for all real estate owned by the Group.
• Ensuring a high level of operational safety through professional maintenance in compliance with laws and regulations
• Managing new construction and renovation projects worldwide - Supervising architects, planners and contractors, including cost estimation and monitoring
• Project management in terms of resource planning, prioritization and accountability for tasks to be completed
• Creation and strategic development of construction concepts for efficient and environmentally friendly use of operating resources
• Controlling of ongoing construction projects, tracking of acceptances and warranties
   

What to bring:

• You have a degree in engineering (FH) or further training as a technician, preferably in the field of construction management/construction engineering/architecture/facility management.
• Several years of experience in construction projects (construction management) with budget responsibility
• Operational facility management experience
• Strong awareness of quality, cost and deadlines
• Leadership personality with enthusiasm and clear hands-on mentality
• Goal-oriented and independent, self-directed work style
• High level of commitment and a strong practical orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to travel worldwide
