Your responsibilities:

  • You see yourself as a competent sparring partner, advisor and coach for our managers and employees in all strategic and operational HR topics within a diverse support area.
  • You will be responsible for the entire HR spectrum, from recruiting to onboarding and offboarding. 
  • You will work constructively with the works council.
  • You will be involved in the development, management and implementation of HR projects and cross-departmental special topics.

Your qualifications:

  • You are a passionate HR Business Partner in an industrial environment and ideally familiar with the collective bargaining agreements of the metal and electrical industry/ERA as well as SAP?
  • You have several years of experience in the design of HR processes and are a shaper of the future?
  • You love a structured way of working and are keen to work with us to further digitalize our processes and to manage and drive HR projects forward?
  • You are a self-confident personality with integrity, team spirit and a good sense of humor?
