Your tasks:
- Ensure sustainable, process-safe operation of the electroplating facilities on site.
- Responsible for the operational supervision and control of the electroplating shop
- Analyze causes of processing errors and initiate corrective measures for process reliability
- Carry out maintenance and repair work
- Support upstream and downstream processes in the electroplating shop
- Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes
- Ensure a high level of training for employees in the assigned, operational area
- Training and guidance of new employees in the area of responsibility
- Monitoring and compliance with know-how protection regulations
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d), specializing in electroplating technology or comparable
- Several years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance or assembly of electroplating and wastewater treatment facilities
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Analytical skills, well-organized work style, strong communication skills, hands-on mentality
- English language skills, both written and spoken
