Your tasks:

• You will be involved in the definition, further development and implementation of the group strategy as well as the strategies of the business units in direct exchange with the management, the group management and the division management.
• You will supervise, coordinate and further develop the Groz-Beckert strategy process.
• You will supervise, coordinate and further develop the portfolio of key and divisional activities in cooperation with our central business process management, the divisions and business units.
• You contribute to the communication of the group strategy and create its content 
• You will supervise, coordinate and support projects and also represent them independently 
• You support the Head of Corporate Development in strategic and operative tasks as well as in day-to-day business
• You will prepare presentations and reports and prepare decisions after appropriate analysis and research.

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering or STEM studies.
• You have relevant professional experience within a globally operating industrial company with strategic methods and cross-divisional projects 
• You bring a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking and creativity to the table
• You have the ability to explain and communicate complex and difficult solutions convincingly in German and English
• You are characterised by social competence and a long-term orientation
• You achieve good results with your assertiveness and negotiating skills
• You have the ability to integrate and act even in complex structures of a group of companies
