Your responsibilities:
- Product and application consulting (remote and on-site)
- Handle new customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints
- Analyzing and correcting errors
- Disassemble, assemble, adjust and test boards
- Present and introduce new products to customers
- Conducting, monitoring, and evaluating field tests and documenting results
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical training and further training as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of textile technology or mechanical engineering.
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience with card clothing, carding machines and carding processes in spinning mills are preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, usually for a week at a time
- Good MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Turkish would be an advantage
